ABOUT THE ST. PATRICK'S SCHOOL BOARD
St. Patrick’s School Board is comprised of a group of ten parents representing the parents of the greater St. Patrick’s School community. The role of the Board is to serve as an advisory council to Monsignor Camp, Sister Maureen, Mrs. Herr and the rest of the school administration. They meet on a monthly basis to discuss updates and initiatives. Unlike public school boards, our Board does not create/vote on policy nor is involved with staffing decisions. The Board represents the parents of St. Patrick’s and carries out the school’s mission. The Board has subcommittees that focus on specific interests.
Each Board member is able to serve a total of (2) three-year terms consecutively. The number of Board members can vary between as low as six members and as many as twelve members at the discretion of Monsignor and Sister. Any parent who has children enrolled in St. Patrick’s or is a member of St. Patrick’s Parish is eligible to apply for Board positions.
Applications are available each March in the rectory office & school office.
