The Pipe Organs of St. Patrick’s: GLÜCK ORGELBAU, OPUS 16 AND OPUS 17
hrough the goodness of our parishioners, two new pipe organs by the Glück Pipe Organ Company were installed in 2014 to replace a smaller Möller pipe organ that was failing mechanically. The grand scaling of the new instruments, featuring two twin consoles of three manuals each and a combined total of 62 pipe ranks (over 3000 pipes), matches well with the cathedral-like size of the St. Patrick’s Church. The instruments will continue to serve the community in raising the hearts of the faithful to God, and endow each liturgy with a splendor of beauty fitting for the holy sacrifice they celebrate.
