Prospective families are invited to visit St. Patrick’s at our Open House held during Catholic Schools Week and the Open House opportunities held throughout the year. Contact the school for the date and time or check our calendar and social media sites, www.stpathunt.org Facebook @stpatrickschoolhuntington and Instagram @st.patrickschoolhuntington

All families wishing to enroll students are encouraged to fill in the Prospective Students Inquiry Form on our website to visit our school, meet with our Director of Admissions, Susan Margan, and tour the building to learn about our programs.  All students must be baptized and fully vaccinated in accordance with NYS vaccine guidance. Applications are distributed after visitation. It is strongly recommended that applications be returned within two weeks of visitation as many programs fill up quickly.

Incoming students in Kindergarten are screened before the beginning of the school year.

Students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth receive free bus transportation from their local school district. Many districts require that applications for transportation and textbooks be received by April 1 by your district of residence as those two items are provided directly by them.

We look forward to your visit and hope that your family will become part of our St. Patrick’s family.

Stewardship

What is Stewardship?  It is a sharing of time, talent and treasure to build a faith community, which spreads the Good News of Jesus.  We ask our school families to practice Stewardship in the parish, school or community at large.  The practice of stewardship affects admissions and tuition at St. Patrick’s.

What does my family have to do to qualify for "participating" status?

  • Formally join (register) at St. Patrick’s https://stpathuntington.org/content/FamilyRegistrationForm.html
  • Attend Mass as a family each week and on holy days of obligation.
  • Demonstrate membership and attendance by using the parish's envelope system  as you attend Mass each week.
  • Participate in sharing your time and talent in the parish, school or community at large.
